Manchester United want to bring talented Brazilian in this summer

Manchester United’s football has been hit and miss this season, but one consistent has been the attitude and ability applied by the defenders, who, to their credit, deserve plenty of praise for the amount of clean sheets they have kept.

However Louis van Gaal isn’t wholly happy with how things are going, and the Daily Telegraph say that Manchester United are ready to make a move for PSG’s Brazilian centre-back Marquinhos.

The 21-year old has been in and out of the PSG side this season, and has arguably only been involved due to injuries in that area of the field. However he feels that he deserves regular football week-in week-out, and a move to Manchester United could certainly give him that.

If we landed Marquinhos, he and Chris Smalling have the ability to form a formidable partnership at the heart of our defence, but he certainly wouldn’t come cheap as PSG would be after some return on the £30million+ they paid to bring him to Paris.
