Manchester United will try to lure Arturo Vidal away from Juventus with a huge salary worth £230,000 a week, claim The Metro. The Chilean is one of the best players in his position in world football, and has been at the heart of a dominant Juventus team for the last few years.
Now 27, Vidal is in his prime. You’ll get around five years out of him at the top level if he stays injury free, and Manchester United need proven quality who can slot right in and make an impact immediately.
He will obviously cost an awful lot of money though, and the fee being touted by the media is around £30-35million to tempt Juventus into parting with their big star.
Vidal would be perfect alongside someone like Ander Herrera, and if we were to land him then we’d go from having one of the weakest midfield’s in Europe to one of the best almost instantly.

Worth it, but let’s see if he will leave or not, with no CL it may be tricky but with that kind of money it’s hard to say no
If we give an outrageous fee like £45m for him we can get him
I think Vidal will leave Juve. I follow serie A and I’m certain Vidal is the likeliest to leave given that Machisio is from their academy and has been their since he was 10 yrs old and Pogba is only 20 years old so Vidal is expendable. Whether he will join United is another story but I think that it is a plausable destination given that United will offer him a good deal. Having said that, It is most likely that he will join Madrid (IF) they come in for him.
