Manchester United’s move for Paul Pogba complete, announcement expected

Manchester United’s move for Paul Pogba is already completed, and now, we’re just left waiting for an announcement from either United or Juventus. That’s according to David Amoyal, a reliable journalist who works for the highly reputable Gianluca Di Marzio.

Amoyal broke the news on Twitter earlier this afternoon, and finally, Manchester United fans can now relax and just wait for some sort of official confirmation from the club which will hopefully happen soon.

Pogba is expected to cost Manchester United a world record transfer fee, which will probably be somewhere around the £100million mark. The fact that the 23-year-old Frenchman used to play for this club, who then let him leave on a free transfer shows just how desperately Jose Mourinho wants to make this move happen.

At the end of the day, if any club can afford this type of transfer, it’s Manchester United. This club generates more than most, and it’s a deal the board wouldn’t sanction if they weren’t confident in the funds available to Mourinho.
