Manchester United’s style of play ‘hasn’t been great’ legend claims

Manchester United’s Louis van Gaal seems to have been lock in a war of words with one of the biggest legends the club has ever seen in Paul Scholes. The former midfielder has labelled United’s style of play ‘boring’ and now he’s made another comment about his former side.

“It hasn’t been great for 13 months but I better not say too much because Louis might be listening!” Scholes began. “There’s been talk of a philosophy, a process. For me, Manchester United don’t need a philosophy.”

“The fans want to see attacking football and goals – that’s the Manchester United way.”

You cannot really argue with Paul Scholes. Manchester United’s style of football has been quite boring to watch for the most part, but at the end of the day the results have been coming. Until that stops, the majority of the fans will be firmly behind Louis van Gaal because thats what its all about.
