Manchester United’s Marcus Rashford put pen to paper on a new contract at the club yesterday afternoon, meaning he’ll remain a red until at least 2020. The 18-year old has been nothing short of phenomenal this season, and it’s great to see youngsters get their chance.
Coming into the side as a teenager is always going to be difficult, but Rashford hit the ground running with a stunning brace on his debut. He has taken his opportunity with both hands and refused to give up his spot in the side.
At this point in time Rashford is simply undroppable, and hopefully, he’ll get his chances under the new Jose Mourinho regime because he deserves it.
The man himself was clearly delighted when he put pen to paper on the new contract thought to be worth a whopping £20,000-a-week, as you can see from his tweet below.
