Match Preview: Arsenal vs. Manchester United

Manchester United head to London just two points away from a spot in the top four, and providing other results go our way we could end the night in one of those sacred Champions League spots. With an injury-hit squad, Louis van Gaal must get his tactics absolutely spot on for this one.

Kick-off time: 17:30 BST
Stadium: Emirates Stadium
Referee: Mike Dean

Injury News

United have twelve first-team players potentially unavailable for this game. Phil Jones, Marcos Rojo, Jonny Evans and Rafael da Silva will miss out on the defensive side of things. Daley Blind is out for the foreseeable future with a ligament problem. Jesse Lingard, Ashley Young and Radamel Falcao have all been ruled out, and they’ll be late fitness tests for David de Gea, Luke Shaw and Angel di Maria.

Last meeting: Arsenal 0-0 Manchester United

Last time these sides met was a drab affair, United were the better team comfortably, but a lot has changed since then.

Score Prediction: Arsenal 1-1 Manchester United.

A score draw looks on the cards here, and it wouldn’t be all that surprising if Danny Welbeck scored their goal. Hopefully Van Persie can once again find the net against his former team, too.
