Manchester United Football Club has now said goodbye to Morgan Schneiderlin. The French midfielder has signed for Everton Football Club, where he’ll reunite with his old manager at Southampton Ronald Koeman. The 27-year-old has signed a four-and-a-half-year deal with The Toffees.
Shortly after sealing his move, Morgan Schneiderlin took to Twitter to thank the Manchester United fans for their support, which is always great to read from a professional footballer who has played for us.
At the end of the day, it just didn’t work out for him here, and that’ll always be a real shame. Particularly when you just know that he’ll start showing just how good he can be at Everton Football Club – especially with a manager who knows just exactly how to get the best out of him.

Who knows why it didn’t work out for him here? I guess we’ll never find out. There is no doubting his abilities as a player, though, and I wouldn’t mind if he helps his new team drop some points against Manchester Cit this coming Sunday.
Thanks for the efforts over the last eighteen months, and good luck to you for the rest of your career, Morgan!
