The transfer window is in full swing, and Manchester United’s squad are preparing for their first season under Jose Mourinho. Our new coach has already brought in a few players to change the squad, but his work isn’t anywhere close to completion yet.
Today’s paper round-up contains a couple of links to new players. Welsh press say that United are considering making a move for Liverpool’s out-of-favour central midfielder, Joe Allen.
There is also an update on Paul Pogba, with the MEN seemingly confident that a move will go through eventually, however, no date has been set for the completion of the deal.
On top of that, Louis van Gaal returned to Manchester this week, to take a trip to his favourite restaurant.
