Patrice Evra could join Nemanja Vidic as they both plot a move to Inter Milan in the summer. Inter themselves have already claimed that a deal for Vidic is 90% done and could be confirmed shortly, and it looks as though Patrice Evra is going to follow suit after talks between the club and player have begun, claim the Express.
It is believed they face stiff competition from the likes of Monaco and PSG for Evra’s signature, but Inter find themselves as the front-runners. Italian publication TuttoMercatoWeb suggest that Inter’s sporting director flew out to London yesterday afternoon to meet the player and discuss a possible move.
Recent reports suggest that Evra could earn himself a one-year contract extension at United, but if an offer with more stability is on the table for him then he could well leave on a free transfer this summer.
