Manchester United made it four games in a row without victory on Tuesday evening, as another dull affair played out at Old Trafford. This time against Valencia CF.
The Red Devils looked toothless in attack, shaky at the back and uncreative in midfield. What’s new?
Jose Mourinho looks like he’s lost the dressing room. The players seem unwilling to perform for him. Perhaps the name at the top of that list is Paul Pogba.
Shortly after the 0-0 draw, the Frenchman took to social media to post one simple tweet…
— Paul Pogba (@paulpogba) October 2, 2018
‘Let’s keep fighting United’ he says… At the end of the day, he’s a part of the problem. The prima donna attitude has helped unravel the harmony in the dressing room. He should be standing up to be counted, not hiding away and putting in poor display after poor display.
I feel like these sort of tweets are rinse and repeat from the players at the moment. You have Juan Mata’s blog, a player taking to social media to apologise, while another promises to do better… For Pogba, I feel like he wants out at the moment. Honestly, I’d try to cash in when the January transfer window opens. Simply put, he hasn’t been good enough.
