Paul Scholes reveals which former Man Utd player he’d like club to sign

Manchester United have looked way off the pace at times this season, with Louis van Gaal’s side playing a dull brand of football, particularly at home. Paul Scholes has been highly critical of that, and in the press today he had his say on who he’d like United to sign.

“We probably need a centre forward but there’s not too many of them about so I’m gonna say I’d like us to bring Pogba back.” Scholes said.

At the end of the day Paul Pogba is one of the best central midfielders in the world, and if there is any criticism of Sir Alex Ferguson its the fact that he let the Frenchman go so cheaply.

Juventus clearly wouldn’t be interested in selling one of their key figures, but if enough money is thrown their way then who knows, their hierarchy may take matters into their own hands and accept an offer.
