Manchester United made a fantastic start after the international break, with Louis van Gaal changing the starting XI a fair bit for the clash against Everton over the weekend. It resulted in a 3-0 victory for the club, and anger Herrera was without doubt the star performer upon his return.
For whatever reason the Spaniard has found himself out of the side more often than not, but it seems as though whenever given the chance he more often than not takes it.
Against Everton he was at the heart of everything good for United, and capped off a wonderful performance with a fantastic headed goal from a Marcos Rojo cross.
He also looked extremely solid against CSKA Moscow in the Champions League game, and up until this point in the season he has been by far and away the best #10 we’ve seen up until this point.
