Manchester, a city brought even closer together amid absolute disaster. Given the horrendous events that took place on Monday night, I’m a proud Mancunian watching the way our brilliant residents have stayed strong through all of this despair.
Today, attentions turn to a Europa League final. Hopefully, football can offer just a couple of hours of joy away from all the madness, whilst the lives that were taken and the families that were affected will still be in our minds and hearts.
Stretford End Flags have worked supremely quickly on this one, to design, print and transport a fitting tribute to all involved, as they’ve created a banner as a show of respect and love.
Have a look at Stretford End Flags’ wonderful banner:

Honestly, I have such huge respect to everyone who has been involved in the creation of this banner. To get this done so rapidly before jetting off to Stockholm is truly wonderful, and things like this restores my faith in humanity.
Now, to the game. It won’t be easy, but the lads will absolutely give it their all to get that trophy for the city of Manchester.
Fly that banner loud and proud lads, and United, bring it home for every single Mancunian.
