Picture: Brilliant photo of Sir Alex Ferguson all-smiles as United beat Spurs 1-0

Manchester United maintained their 100% record under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer this afternoon, with perhaps the most impressive victory so far.

The Red Devils scored late in the first-half, and they held out from there to scoop up three points and move level with Arsenal.

Perhaps the best moment, though, came at full-time. The scenes involving the players were pleasing, but what was even more brilliant was when the camera panned to a smiling Sir Alex Ferguson in the stands as you can see from the photo below:

After his health troubles last year, it’s just brilliant to see the great man back on his feet and enjoying his football once again.

You have to remember that Fergie is a fan just like us, and these last few seasons have probably been extremely tough for him to watch. To see the jubilation and the excitement is wonderful. The dynasty that he helped to build is heading back in the right direction.

Hopefully, he remains in good health and we see the scenes far more often over the next few campaigns. Perhaps winning a few big trophies on the way?
