Manchester United Football Club are on their way to Russia now, as they prepare to face off against FC Rostov for the first time ever. The Red Devils will be feeling confident ahead of the clash and here’s to hoping Jose Mourinho’s men can come back with a win.
We’ve also been given a huge confidence booster too, with Henrikh Mkhitaryan a confirmed member of the squad. Shortly after the announcement, he tweeted a picture of himself alongside Paul Pogba in the airport.

It really is brilliant to have him back available for selection, although a long flight to Russia isn’t an ideal starting point. With that said, the 27-year-old will be desperate to get minutes under his belt – particularly after getting over the disappointment of missing the EFL Cup final due to injury.
He just seems to be the man that makes us tick. We’re lucky to have him on our books, and in the two games that he didn’t play, we missed Mkhitaryan’s creativity.
Hopefully, the worst of these niggling injuries are now behind him and the Armenia captain can fully focus on football from now until the end of the season. We have a real chance of success come May if he’s fit and firing.
