Manchester United Football Club sanctioned a loan move for Timothy Fosu-Mensah earlier on in the week, with the Red Devils presumably hoping for some improvement in his game – due to the fact that he’ll be playing every single week in the Premier League.
Today, the Dutchman has been pictured in training for the first time via the Manchester Evening News, and this photo came around before the move had been officially confirmed by either club.

Well, at least we have confirmation that the deal all went through alright. Now, it’s time for Fosu-Mensah to show The Eagles what he can do, and earn his place in the starting line-up as quickly as possible.
This is a teenager who has had Premier League experience already – under the management of Louis van Gaal. Last season, he was limited to minutes in cup games as well as the odd cameo from off of the bench in the Premier League.
The next twelve months are absolutely massive for the defender. It presents him with a massive opportunity, and I’ve no doubt that Jose Mourinho will be keeping a close eye on his progress over the season.
