Picture: Manchester United handed injury boost as duo return to Carrington

Manchester United Football Club don’t play again for just over a week, with Louis van Gaal’s men out on international duty for various countries around the world. A couple of players have remained at Old Trafford due to niggling injuries, but the good news is they are back in training.

The pair are Ander Herrera and Marcos Rojo, who both missed out for Spain and Argentina respectively, but at least they are back in action and should be in contention to play some part in the game against Everton next time out.

Rojo in particular has been missed. Manchester United have struggled with the absence of Luke Shaw and he provides some much-needed natural width out wide.

We all know how talented Ander Herrera is, but for some reason Louis van Gaal just doesn’t seem to see it that way.

Hard training session this morning, happy to feel very good ?⚽️ @marcosrojo
