Manchester United’s first major bit of transfer business of the January transfer window looks set to be an outgoing one. Morgan Schneiderlin has today arrived at Everton Football Club to complete his medical, and securing a move away from the Theatre of Dreams. That’s according to the Daily Mail.
The report also has photos of Schneiderlin arriving for the aforementioned medical, as he rocked up in a lovely looking black Porsche.

At the end of the day, his time at Manchester United hasn’t been great. When he arrived I was so excited, and I thought he’d be that man who protects the back four brilliantly. Sadly, that didn’t happen under either Louis van Gaal or Jose Mourinho, and he really struggled to break into the side.
He’s 27 now, and it is, without doubt, a good idea to find him a new club, because he just doesn’t look like he has it in him to succeed here. There is absolutely no doubting his ability as a player, but maybe the daunting task of playing for a club like Manchester United was just too much for him.
Hopefully, he’ll pass his medical with flying colours and the move will be announced shortly. Who knows, the money could well be put back into the squad before the January transfer window closes.
