Manchester United took on Leicester City yesterday, with the game ending 1-1 despite plenty of entertainment. Louis van Gaal’s men started brightly, and took the lead thanks to an Anthony Martial goal which came from an excellent assist from Antonio Valencia.
The Ecuadorian hasn’t really featured for United all that often this term due to a lengthy injury which he had to have surgery on to fix, but now he’s back and seemingly back to his best.
It was great to see him bomb up and down that right flank from first minute till last, and he was a real threat throughout. If there is one thing you can criticise him for, its the fact he cannot do an awful lot with his left-foot and relies far too heavily on his right.

Louis van Gaal is clearly a big fan of the 30-year old, and we’ll no doubt see a lot of Antonio Valencia in the last four games of the season – and beyond if the Dutchman remains in charge beyond the summer.
