Paul Pogba is back in Manchester. The former United midfielder looks set for a sensational return to Old Trafford, and that process has now begun. The 23-year-old has landed back at Manchester airport, with the same source confirming the news via Twitter earlier today.
It doesn’t seem like that long ago we let Pogba leave on a free transfer because Fergie thought he wasn’t ready for first-team action. Since then, the Frenchman has turned into one of the best in the world in the middle of the park, and now, United have had to pay through the roof to get him back.
If any club could afford to do so it is Manchester United, and it is outstanding to see Jose Mourinho having such a huge impact on the playing squad – even without Champions League football on offer.
