PICTURE: Paul Scholes leaves Carrington after undertaking first training session

Just one day after David Moyes got the boot from the Manchester United hot-seat, Paul Scholes has been reinstated as a coach at Old Trafford. The former United midfielder will work alongside Ryan Giggs, Nicky Butt and Phil Neville until the end of the season, and possibly onwards if they do a good job.

This news comes as a bit of a shock, because it was believed that Paul Scholes had previously turned down a role as a coach to spend time with his family. However it is slightly suspicious that the day after David Moyes has gone, the ginger prince is back at the club where he spent all his playing career.
