Manchester United’s second signing of the summer could have just been inadvertently confirmed by former Red Devil, Phil Neville. The defender took to Instagram to post a photo of Romelu Lukaku in our new 2017/18 home shirt, and it looks so real.
Reports yesterday claimed that the 24-year-old forward was on the verge of sealing his move to the Theatre of Dreams, and now this latest leak could have just confirmed it.

At this point, it is still unsure as to whether this is genuine or an excellent bit of work on some editing software, but either way, it definitely gets us salivating at the mouth at the thought of having Lukaku as our starting striker going into the new season.
Jose Mourinho’s men have been desperate for a new striker, and they need someone who they can rely upon to replace the huge Zlatan Ibrahimovic shaped hole within the squad. In my opinion, they couldn’t have picked a better man than Lukaku – who found the back of the net on 25 occasions in the Premier League last term.
Now, it’s just a waiting game as to when the club will announce it. Hopefully, it’ll be before the first game of our pre-season tour on July 15th.
