Manchester United are looking for back-to-back wins as they head to Leicester tomorrow, and if Louis van Gaal’s men can secure the three points, they’ll go above local rivals Liverpool in the Premier League table. We expect the new boss to go for the 4-1-2-1-2 formation that worked so well against QPR once again.
David de Gea is a mainstay in the United team, as is Wayne Rooney for obvious reasons. However the other nine spots are arguably up for grabs, with the likes of Michael Carrick, Luke Shaw and the new signings arriving and blending in with their teammates.
Tomorrow we reckon Luke Shaw will start and get his Manchester United debut, this will switch Marcos Rojo to centre-back, where he’ll partner Tyler Blackett. Rafael was superb last weekend, so he simply has to play.
The midfield shouldn’t be tinkered with at the moment, as it was absolutely brilliant vs QPR. The only other change I’d make is bring in Falcao for his first start, and drop Van Persie to the bench.
