Manchester United have been nothing short of sensational since Ole Gunnar Soslkjaer took charge, with the Baby Faced Assassin maintaining a 100% win record so far.
Their last victory was by far their best, beating Tottenham Hotspur 1-0 in their own backyard. The players just seem to be enjoying their football again, which is the main reason behind a serious up-turn in form.
For their individual displays, three United superstars have been included in Garth Crooks’ BBC Team of the Week, and it’s refreshing to see our lads back in this XI on a regular basis once again!
I mean, the first pick is obvious. David de Gea’s eleven saves
Then you have Paul Pogba, who’s brilliant vision set up the sole goal in the match. The midfielder played an inch-perfect ball into his pal Marcus Rashford, who coolly slotted home.
Last but by no means least, it is Rashford who leads the line in the Team of the Week. It wasn’t just his goal, but the effort, the energy and the pride in which he plays with. It was a real mature display from a man who is flourishing through the middle rather than being out on the wing.
