Pictures: Manchester United release teaser photos of 2016/17 away kit

Manchester United still have four massive games to take part in this season, with Louis van Gaal determined to guide his side to a Champions League spot as well as securing the FA Cup. However planning for next season is already well underway.

Today, the club have released the first official image of our 2016/17 away kit, which will be officially unveiled much earlier than usual – the 11th of May.

At first glance this kit looks like a throwback to the 1968 European Cup final strip, and personally I’ve always liked the blue kits that Manchester United’s sponsors have come up with.

We could well see this kit debut before the end of the season, with United designated as the away team in the FA Cup final. Rumours are also afloat suggesting that the club could well wear it in their final home game of the season against Bournemouth later on in the month.
