Manchester United struggled in their last Premier League game, as they got beat by Huddersfield, their first loss of the season.
There is no time for self-pity, though. Next up, Tottenham Hotspur. Mauricio Pochettino’s men are in excellent form themselves, and this game will not be easy.
Ahead of the fixture, Jose Mourinho has been putting his stars through their paces in training, with the official club Twitter account sharing a few snaps.
To my surprise, Eric Bailly was pictured amongst the group. He could well be in line for his first appearance since picking up an injury during the international break. Marcus Rashford was also involved, after coming off the pitch rather gingerly against Swansea on Tuesday night.
The lads seemed in good spirits despite picking up one point from their last two league games, but this match presents them with a huge opportunity to right a few wrongs.
We’re only five points off Manchester City in the table. All is not lost yet. Make no mistake, Pep Guardiola’s team will go through a blip at some point in the season, and we have to be ready to capitalise on that.
