Manchester United’s preparations for their Europa League clash against Celta Vigo tomorrow will be well underway. The Red Devils are looking to reach the final of the competition, in order to try and secure a place in next season’s Champions League tournament.
Ahead of what is arguably our most important match of the campaign, we’ve been handed a much-needed injury boost. It looks as though things have all come together at once, with Phil Jones, Chris Smalling, Eric Bailly and Paul Pogba all taking part in training.
Defensively, we finished the Swansea City game with a back four of Matteo Darmian, Ashley Young, Daley Blind and Antonio Valencia, and it looks like we actually have recognised centre-halves available for this one which is massive.
As for the return of Pogba, his creativity has been missing. The cutting edge that he can provide with his incisive passing could be the difference in us heading home from Spain with a positive result or not.

I guess the most important thing is that now Jose Mourinho has options ahead of the final part of the campaign. Players can be rested and certain tactics can be implemented now. It means we’re now no longer one-dimensional, and the more player’s we have back, the better.
