Player Ratings: Leicester 5-3 Manchester United

David de Gea – Couldn’t do anything about the penalties or any of the other three goals. 5/10

Rafael – Looked poor in stark contrast from last week. The penalty he conceded was never a foul but he looked bereft of confidence afterwards. 3/10

Tyler Blackett – Sent off, after being United’s best defender for the majority of the game and season. Disappointed for the lad. 5/10

Jonny Evans – Injured before half-time, and left the stadium on crutches. In other news, water is wet. 4/10

Marcos Rojo – Very poor all-round display. Was at fault for two goals, and looked way off the pace 3/10

Daley Blind – Had a great first half, but simply couldn’t stop Leicester bombing past him in the second. 5/10

Ander Herrera – Played very well for an hour, but faded as time went on. Superb little flicked finish for his goal. 7/10

Angel Di Maria – Di Maria is just sublime. His finish for United’s second goal was ridiculous. He only has one thing in his mind – attack. 8/10

Wayne Rooney – Started brightly, grabbed an assist, but faded for large periods of the game. 6/10

Robin van Persie – Despite scoring, Robin still looks some way off the pace at present. Much work to do. 4/10

Radamel Falcao – Superb cross for Van Persie’s opener, and was unfortunate not to have scored a volley in the second half. 6/10

Subs:

Chris Smalling – Didn’t do anything to help an already struggling defence.

Adnan Januzaj – Very quiet.

Juan Mata – Gave the ball away far too often in costly positions.
