Manchester United struggled last time out and dropped points against Liverpool. Thankfully, so did all of our Premier League top-four rivals…
The games are coming thick and fast, though, and the Red Devils have an immediate chance for redemption at home to Burnley on Wednesday night.
Games against Sean Dyche’s men certainly haven’t been easy for United over the last few years and there’s no reason why we should expect anything different here.
United haven’t been helped by an injury-ravaged squad, though we’ve done our best to try and decipher the baby Faced Assassin’s mind – and this is the line-up we’ll think he’ll opt for…
Predicted Man United XI vs Burnley:
In goal, David de Gea will obviously play. He was simply brilliant last time out and we’re going to need more of the same here.
Luke Shaw comes into the team after a pretty decent performance at the weekend, with Aaron Wan-Bissaka continuing as the right-back. Harry Maguire plays alongside Victor Lindelof.
Nemanja Matic needs a rest so I reckon we’ll see the Brazilian duo of Fred and Andreas Pereira start here. Juan Mata will also be involved, but in the #10 slot.
Anthony Martial will 100% lead the line. He’ll have Daniel James on his left and the young Mason Greenwood on his right. For what it’s worth, I think this trio has massive potential, though being without Marcus Rashford for a prolonged period obviously hurts.
Come on boys!
