Predicted Man United XI vs Watford (Premier League home, 2020)

Manchester United Football Club looked good against Chelsea on Monday night. Now, it’s up to the Red Devils to keep the pressure on their top-four rivals by solidifying that victory with another three points this weekend against Watford.

The Hornets will be fighting for their lives, so make no mistake about it, this won’t be an easy game. It’s up to Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to pick the right side that can go out there and get that all-important win.

With that in mind, we’re taking a look at our likely line-up for the game, though that’s easier said than done, particularly when you factor in all the chopping and changing the Baby Faced Assassin has done recently.

Check out our predicted Man United XI vs Watford here:

David de Gea will come back into the team here, after Sergio Romero started on Thursday in the Europa League.

Aaron Wan-Bissaka will be feeling fresh after midweek rest. He could well be key in both attack and defence. I’ve gone for Luke Shaw over Brandon Williams, with the ex-Southampton man looking pretty good in recent weeks. The now customary back two of Harry Maguire and Victor Lindelof will play as we’re still not sure about Eric Bailly’s fitness after picking up a knock.

Nemanja Matic will sit at the base of the midfield, with Fred coming back into the team just ahead of him. Bruno Fernandes makes up the trio – and we’re going to need a big game from him.

Odion Ighalo comes into the side for his first Red Devils start against his former club. Anthony Martial will drift out to the left while Daniel James starts on the right. Mason Greenwood didn’t travel to Belgium so we’re unaware as to his availability.
