The last time these two sides met was in the Capital One Cup earlier this year – a game which United won, and won comfortably by a scoreline of 4-0. You get the feeling it’ll be much tighter in the league though, and Norwich are certain to pose a threat to Manchester United’s current five match unbeaten run.
David Moyes will certainly be without Robin van Persie and Phil Jones, also Rafael limped off against Hull yesterday, leaving just Chris Smalling available to play at right-back as I cannot see Fabio playing.
Predicted starting line-up
De Gea; Smalling, Evans, Vidic, Evra; Carrick, Cleverley; Januzaj, Rooney, Young; Welbeck
