Recently injured United pair fit for Everton, but won’t play 90 minutes

Manchester United have learned some positive information before the return of Premier League football tomorrow. Both Ander Herrera and Marcos Rojo have been passed fit for the game against Everton, but they probably won’t be available to play the full 90 minutes.

Louis van Gaal confirmed this news to the media yesterday afternoon, and this is brilliant news as it gives the gaffer more options to choose from.

Marcos Rojo’s return means that he can come in and play at left-back, which is massive especially given Luke Shaw’s long-term injury. It means that the solid back two of Daley Blind and Chris Smalling won’t have to be split up anytime soon.

Ander Herrera is a bit of an odd one. Louis van Gaal doesn’t seem to have that much trust in the Spaniard, but the fact that he is available to play obviously bolsters the bench at the very least.
