Six-year deal in pipeline for Man United superstar after breakthrough in talks: report

Manchester United have done a pretty good job at tying people down to new deals following Jose Mourinho’s dismissal.

Anthony Martial, Ashley Young and Phil Jones have all committed their future to the Old Trafford club over the last month. The Red Devils still have people to convince to sign new contracts, though.

One player who could be hot property following his recent impeccable form is Marcus Rashford. Now, in an exclusive from The Mirror, it is being claimed that the attacker will be handed a new six-year contract to keep him at the Theatre of Dreams.

The striker is ready to sign a new deal that’d potentially keep him at United until 2025. No doubt he’ll be putting pen to paper with improved terms in the offing.

Edward Woodward is confident that a deal can be agreed over the next few weeks, with United looking good to tie the 21-year-old down for the foreseeable future which is great news…
