Manchester United have had an extremely quiet January transfer window, with Louis van Gaal yet to make any big moves for players. However, that may be about to change according to Sky Sports News, as United could rival Leicester City for the signature of Ahmed Musa.
The 23-year old is highly sought after, following some superb performances for his current side CSKA Moscow. The Nigerian forward has pace to burn, and absolutely terrorised the United back four when the two sides met in the Champions League group stage before the turn of the year.
It would certainly prove to be an astute bit of business if Louis van Gaal can somehow pull this move off, with Musa also offering the ability to play on either wing, as well as the main striker. Now its up to Edward Woodward to act quick and get the deal done if United decide to follow through with their interest.
