Manchester United and Louis van Gaal will be keen to improve on their fourth place finish this term, as United look to challenge for the title in their second season under the influential Dutchman.
Recent reports have suggested that moves for the Spurs pair of Hugo Lloris and Harry Kane are possibilities this summer, but Tottenham have today quashed those rumours by insisting the duo are not for sale at any price.
Personally I think Hugo Lloris would be a solid replacement for David de Gea. He has Premier League experience, and is old enough to understand the game inside out.
Harry Kane on the other hand would be a huge gamble. The 21-year old has had an excellent debut season, but consistency is key in the striker role, so let’s see if he can continue that form next year before spending big money on the striker.
