David de Gea – The Spaniard made an error which allowed West Ham to get back level. Quiet putting that aside. 3/10

Antonio Valencia – Playing like a man possessed. He’s been an absolute joy to watch down that right, and it continued this evening. 7/10

David de Gea – Literally had nothing to do. City didn’t have one shot on target, and all De Gea had to do was to pass the ball to his teammates. 6/10

Antonio Valencia – Played a blinder. Ran their left-back ragged and didn’t stop all game. Top performance. 8/10

Manchester United handed HUGE draw in EFL Cup fourth round

Manchester United Football Club have progressed safely through to the fourth round of the EFL Trophy, after overcoming a stubborn Northampton Town side. The game finished 3-1, but the biggest talking point came after the final whistle as the draw for the next stage was made.

Sergio Romero – Didn’t have an awful lot to do. Could’ve gave away a second penalty at the end of the first half. 6/10

Timothy Fosu-Mensah – Nice to see the young man start at right-back. Didn’t play anywhere near his best, though. Subbed. 5/10
