Player Ratings: Arsenal 2-0 Manchester United – Terrific Tuanzebe

David de Gea – The Spaniard made a couple of truly outstanding saves early on. Couldn’t do anything about either goal, though. 6/10

Axel Tuanzebe – Comfortably the best player on the field in a Red shirt. He had Sanchez in his pocket throughout an excellent debut. 8/10

David de Gea – Couldn’t do anything about Sigurdsson’s stunning free-kick. Has precious little else to do putting that aside. 6/10

Ashley Young – Worked tirelessly. Got forward when possible, but his final ball was lacking for the most part. 5/10

With just five games left to play, the Red Devils will be hoping to pick up an all-important three points here, that could see us end the day in the top four depending on other results.

David de Gea – Had to save a few shots, but most of them were straight down his throat. Wasn’t really stretched. 6/10

Antonio Valencia – Nice to have him back. Defensively he was great. Unfortunately, he wasn’t allowed to get forward much. 6/10

Well, we’re just an hour away from the big kick-off, and Manchester United head to the Etihad in the hope of getting one over on their fiercest of rivals. The game is set to be a close encounter, but I genuinely feel we have every chance of getting a positive result.

David de Gea – Didn’t really have anything to do except watch. That tells you just how well the back four played. 5/10

Ashley Young – Played as a makeshift full-back one again and played well. Very solid defensively. 6/10

Manchester United’s attentions turn back to the bread and butter of the Premier League this weekend, with Jose Mourinho’s men probably feeling pretty tired after playing 120 minutes on Thursday night. We also play City in the derby this coming week, and the gaffer will have one eye on that.

2016/16 Player Ratings: Manchester United 2-0 Chelsea – Awesome Ander Herrera

David de Gea – Quite literally had nothing to do. The Spaniard was as much a spectator as everyone else who was in Old Trafford. 6/10

Antonio Valencia – Awesome, as per usual. He was brilliant on the defensive side of the ball and bombed forward to help out Rashford. 7/10
