Versatile Man United man suspended for Wolves game in FA Cup

For Manchester United, the FA Cup is probably their best shot at winning a major trophy this term.

Next up, they head to Wolverhampton to take on an in-form Wolves side managed by Nuno Espirito Santo. Make no mistake, this one won’t be easy, although the lads will be motivated with a place in the final four at stake.

Before the game, we’re all eagerly awaiting to see if any players will return from injury to give Ole Gunnar Solskjaer a major boost. However, the official club site reminded us all that in all the madness, the versatile Ashley Young will be missing this one through suspension.

Young was booked during United’s last sixteen triumph over Chelsea and he’ll now watch his teammates from up in the stands. It’s a real shame because the recent captain has turned into a real senior figure within that dressing room and his presence will be missed.

However, ones loss is another’s gain. It’s time for Diogo Dalot to show exactly why United signed him as a full-back first and foremost. It’s a big test for the 19-year-old, but one he’s definitely ready for. He’ll have his hands full, though, Wolves have some extremely quick players in that squad…
