Since Jose Mourinho’s departure, Paul Pogba just looks more at home in Manchester.
The superstar Frenchman has been excellent under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, the confidence is now flowing.
United’s warm weather training in Dubai is now well underway, but Pogba wasn’t there at first as he was nursing an injury. The 25-year-old has since joined up with his teammates, and well, it looked like he’d never been away.
Taking to social media earlier today, the official club Twitter posted a video of Pogba seemingly doing an interview of some sort, before the ball was heading his way. Instinctively, the #6 controlled the ball outrageously well, before carrying on as if nothing had happened.
Pogba just looks happier. I think it’s damning for Jose Mourinho although the self-proclaimed Special One has only been out of work for a few weeks. The whole club just has a far more positive attitude, and it really shows that the Portuguese manager was bringing this group of players down.
As for Pogba, it’s great to see him back in training before the big game against Tottenham Hotspur this weekend. It’s a match that could well shape United’s season, and if we win that, well, talk about giving the job to Solskjaer on a permanent basis will really begin to pick up.
