Manchester United Football Club are all set to confirm the appointment of Jose Mourinho tomorrow, with the Portuguese manager finally getting his dream job. The club clearly aren’t messing around this summer, and have already began to make transfer plans.

One man who is thought to be high on Mourinho’s radar is one of his former players – Zlatan Ibrahimovic. The influential Swede held a press conference yesterday afternoon, in which he admitted he has already made a decision on where he’ll be playing his football next season.

“There are concrete offers from England, Italy, all countries. There are many options.” Zlatan began. “I have made my decision. It has been made. It was done a long time ago.”

“Mourinho is the man to bring Manchester United back to the top. I had a fantastic time with him. I don’t know if we’ll work again.”

The 34-year old was then asked about Manchester United in particular, and he smiled and responded: “let’s see what happens”.

It is certainly interesting that he says his decision has already been made, and it makes you wonder just how long ago his mind was made up.

He’d certainly bring some excitement to Manchester United if he does make the move to Old Trafford, and there is no question about his talents and goalscoring abilities.

Will a deal be done? I guess we’ll know soon enough…
