4-3-3: Predicted Man United XI vs Burnley – Rashford returns

Manchester United Football Club are on a roll. With Ole Gunnar Solskjaer at the wheel, the Red Devils are eight wins from eight, beating down everyone in their path.

Old Trafford has once again become a fortress, and next up, relegation battlers Burnley visit the Theatre of Dreams. With games coming thick and fast, the Baby Faced Assassin has been rotating his squad – but I’d expect him to go full strength in this one.

Let’s dive right into our predicted starting line-up…

After missing out completely on Friday night, David de Gea will return in between the sticks. No doubt he’s feeling well rested and ready to make some crucial plays for his team.

Luke Shaw will maintain his spot in the side at left-back, with Diogo Dalot getting the nod, allowing Ashley Young some rest. Victor Lindelof has turned into the key centre-back for United so he’ll play. Phil Jones will return alongside the Ice Man.

Nemanja Matic is one of several players who’re looking reborn under Solskjaer, and it’s a joy watching him play. Ander Herrera will bring energy to the table, while Paul Pogba will be allowed the freedom to roam, get forward and create opportunities.

After only playing about 30 minutes each in the FA Cup tie against Arsenal, Marcus Rashford and Anthony Martial will both return to the starting line-up. Jesse Lingard’s movement is the main reason why he’ll keep his place.
