4-3-3: Predicted Man United XI vs Palace – Fred starts

For Manchester United, the games are coming thick and fast. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s men are looking in great form right now; although they could have injuries galore heading into their next game against Crystal Palace.

Roy Hodgson and his Eagles are flying high. Wilfried Zaha is back to his best and no doubt they’ll pose a huge threat; particularly on their own patch. Although we’re yet to hear from Solskjaer in regards to team news, let’s hope one or two guys can pull through and get themselves fit.

Anyway, with that in mind, let’s delve right into the starting line-up that the Baby Faced Assassin could go with for this one…

David de Gea is seemingly the last Spaniard standing right now. He’ll always start a Premier League game when fit.

Diogo Dalot has been used sparingly, but with Ashley Young ageing, the young Portuguese should get the nod here. The ever-improving Luke Shaw will play opposite him. Victor Lindelof will continue at the heart of the back four, with Eric Bailly starting – allowing Chris Smalling some rest after playing minutes aplenty despite only recently returning from injury.

Scott McTominay was excellent at the base of the midfield, so he’ll continue. In comes Fred for a rare opportunity to play – in place of Ander Herrera. Paul Pogba will start. He will have to carry this midfield.

Romelu Lukaku will return as the main striker due to Marcus Rashford’s injury. Anthony Martial could start on the left, switching Alexis Sanchez over to the right-hand side.
