4-3-3: Speedy predicted Man United XI that will obliterate Fulham

Manchester United Football Club are struggling at the moment. Jose Mourinho’s men are seemingly already out of reach in terms of winning the title, while at this point, a spot in the top four is also looking tough.

The games start to come thick and fast during this time of year, and next up, is a home game against Fulham Football Club this Saturday. Under Claudio Ranieri, you can bet that The Cottagers will be looking to upset United’s applecart further.

Anyway, before the game, let’s dive right in and take a look at the starting XI that the self-proclaimed Special One is likely to name…

Check out the predicted Man United XI in full here:

David de Gea will obviously continue in goal. The back four was tough to pick this week, largely due to injuries decimating the squad. I’ve gone for the young Diogo Dalot at right-back, with Ashley Young playing at left-back. I would like to see Luke Shaw involved, but I’m unsure as to whether he’ll be fit and ready to go for this one. Perpaps we’ll learn more tomorrow. As for the centre-back pairing, I think Eric Bailly is going to be the unlucky one and he’ll drop back to the bench. Marcos Rojo and Chris Smalling will start.

Despite his poor form, Mourinho seemingly views Nemanja Matic as undroppable to he will get the nod. Marouane Fellaini will be feeling rested and ready to rock, as will Paul Pogba, who simply has to do better.

The front three were great last time out. Both Anthony Martial and Jesse Lingard got themselves on the scoresheet, while Marcus Rashford ran his socks off for 90 minutes. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. These guys deserve their opportunity to play as a trio again, and hopefully, they’ll continue to improve.
