Aaron Wan-Bissaka sends message to Man United fans

Aaron Wan-Bissaka is a Red!

How good does it feel, Manchester United fans? We should savour moments like this, particularly as we hadn’t really replaced Gary Neville properly, that was until AWB signed on the dotted line earlier today.

The mega-talented 21-year-old had a stunning breakthrough season at Crystal Palace in 2018/19, and you get the feeling that once he settles into life in Manchester – he’s only going to improve due to playing alongside better footballers.

After signing a five-year contract, with the option for a sixth season, United no longer have to worry about the right-back position for the next half-decade at least (provided Wan-Bissaka lives up to his insane potential, of course).

Anyway, shortly after signing, Wan-Bissaka took to social media in order to send a simple message to the United fans – but one with purpose aplenty.

The one they call the ‘Spider’ seems to be relishing the prospect at securing a dream move, and no doubt his hard-work and motivation will only continue as he looks to make his mark on the global stage.

Wan-Bissaka now needs a rest. It has been a long season, culminating in disappointment with the England U21s team, but United should give him a fortnight to recharge the batteries – as rushing him back could be the worst thing for everyone.
