Aaron Wan-Bissaka ‘should be available’ for Man United’s game vs Wolves

Man United are set to have Aaron Wan-Bissaka available for selection for their game against Wolverhampton Wanderers tonight.

With a victory, Manchester United can move up to second in the Premier League table. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side are in fine form, though Nuno Espirito Santo’s side will provide a stern test for the 20-time Premier League champions.

The good news is that United go into this one with an extra day’s rest under their belts. With games coming thick and fast, that has to be a small advantage to the Old Trafford club.

At this stage in the season, you’d take every little favour you can get. Well, United are set to be given another lift with Aaron Wan-Bissaka likely to be ready to go for this one.

In his usual pre-match press conference, Solskjaer confirmed the injury boost, with the key star set to return vs Wolves after missing United’s trip to Leicester City with an injury.

Check out what Solskjaer had to say about Wan-Bissaka’s injury here:

“Aaron trained with the boys. We didn’t do a lot because there was snow and it was just about preparation training anyway. If there’s no reaction he should be available.” Solskjaer told reporters, including ManUtd.com.

Wan-Bissaka’s importance cannot be understated. He’s by far and away the best right-back we have. When you’ve got players like Daniel Podence and Pedro Neto lining up on the other side, having ‘The Spider’ available is massive.

Don’t get me wrong, I like Victor Lindelof and Axel Tuanzebe. Neither are natural right-backs, though. While the former looks likely to miss this one himself.

I just hope that Wan-Bissaka isn’t being rushed back for this one. Hopefully, he’s feeling good and ready to play a hard ninety-minute match, though don’t be surprised to see the Englishman subbed on the hour mark if United are in a good position.

Now, it’s down to our lads to get the job done. This is a massive match and if we can go out there, get all three points and send a positive message for our title rivals, we’d go into the new year brimming with confidence.
