Manchester United’s young starlet, Adnan Januzaj, is a contender for another major personal award; BBC’s Young Sports Personality of the Year. The 18-year old burst onto the scene in stunning fashion, scoring two goals on his full Manchester United debut which turned around a 1-0 deficit away to Sunderland and gave United all three points.
David Moyes has utilised Januzaj regularly, but managed him well due to him being so young. He has rested him when needed, and not thrown him into big games such as Arsenal at home and Leverkusen away.
The youngster still hasn’t decided what national side he’ll be playing for yet, and once he does we’ll probably see him involved even more. He’s an exciting talent, and every time we’ve seen him play so far he always seems to make his mark.
Januzaj signed a new long-term deal at United earlier in the season.
