Manchester United’s Adnan Januzaj burst on the scene just over a year ago now, and he was probably the only success story the club managed to produce throughout David Moyes’ tenure as the gaffer at the Theatre of Dreams.
However under Louis van Gaal, the Belgian has struggled to make any real impact whatsoever, having spent large portions of the season either out of position or on the bench.
That has meant his development has been halted, and it seems as though the Iron Tulip has no plans for the 20-year old next season either, as Neil Custis from The Sun claims that he’ll pen a year-long loan deal sending him to Goodison Park for a season.
Januazj needs to be playing football, and Everton would offer him a good opportunity to do that. The Toffees are a club that play a nice brand of football, and Januzaj will fit in with Roberto Martinez’s play style wonderfully.
Hopefully this loan move does come to fruition as its hugely beneficial for all involved – Januzaj will benefit from regular playing, United will be getting an improved player when he returns and Everton are getting one of the hottest talents in the business.
