Alejandro Garnacho back in Man United squad for West Ham game

Alejandro Garnacho was spotted boarding the plane with the rest of the Man United squad for the West Ham game.

Three wins. That’s what Manchester United require in order to secure their place in the Champions League next season.

Erik ten Hag’s side simply have to finish this job off. It’s all in their hands, though three points here would be a massive confidence-booster going into the final few weeks of the term.

West Ham United will not lie down and give up. Meaning United will have to be at their absolute best to ensure victory here.

Well, the task has been eased somewhat, with Alejandro Garnacho seemingly ready to return.

United have been boosted, with the young starlet back with the first-team squad for the West Ham game later tonight.

The Manchester Evening News snapped Garnacho boarding the plane which left for down South earlier today.

Check out the photo of Garnacho, via the MEN, here:

Garnacho has been missing for two months now, after a pretty bad tackle that typically went unpunished (but United get all the decisions, huh?).

The Argentine is now working his way back to full fitness ahead of a crucial period which culminates in the FA Cup final. Last time against City, it was Garnacho who made the difference off the substitutes bench. Let’s hope the teenager is ready to make a similar impact come early June.

For now, it’s about managing his minutes, gradually building them up and getting as close to 100% as possible. I fully believe Ten Hag will approach this one cautiously, so there’s no way Garnacho will start tonight. If we need a goal late, though, I can see him coming off the bench.

Do you think we could see Alejandro Garnacho come off the subs bench in this one? Let us know your thoughts in the comment box below.
