Manchester United have loaned Brazilian midfielder Anderson to Fiorentina until the end of the season, according to the Manchester Evening News and Sky Italy. The 25-year old will undergo a medical this week, and Fiorentina will have the option to purchase Anderson for €6.5million at any point during the loan deal.
After a blistering start to his United career, Anderson never failed to nail down a regular spot in the starting line-up, and has often found himself out of favour due to fitness and injury issues that have hampered him.
Anderson’s departure is the first piece of business United have done in the transfer window, and hopefully the first of many more incomings and outgoings.
Good luck, Ando!

It is a real shame that Anderson never fulfilled his true potential at United.
Good luck to him!
