Angel di Maria set for early Man Utd exit?

Manchester United made the British record move for Angel di Maria back in the summer, with the mouthwatering prospect of a Champions League final Man of the Match winner in our squad. Things started out great for the Argentine, but since the turn of the year he has been woeful.

The media have been on his back ever since, and thats expected after such a hefty price tag. The tricky Argentine has remained in the team for the most part, but it became clear that things weren’t right with him when Van Gaal hauled him off at half-time a couple of games ago.

The rumours about him leaving the club are already building, and when he placed his £4million mansion up for sale this week, those rumours grew.

This could be due to the fact that Di Maria’s house was targeted by three masked men as they looked to rob the mansion, and he could just purely be moving out of the house as he no longer feels safe in it.

It could also mean that he isn’t thinking about staying in Manchester for much longer, and a move elsewhere could be on the horizon.
